Our Story · Our Founder
Maestro Allan Moreno, originally from Chihuahua, Chihuahua, discovered his passion for music at the age of 15. He studied at the Conservatory of Music in his home state, where he honed his skills and deepened his love for traditional Mexican music.
Today, he serves as the Artistic Director of the Mis Raíces Academy of Allan Moreno, located in Utah, USA. Through this academy, he teaches music and mariachi to children and teens—most of whom have Mexican roots—helping them reconnect with their cultural heritage through music.
In just two years, the academy has positively impacted the lives of over 200 students, ages 12 and up, fostering a sense of pride and passion for their cultural identity.
In 2022, Maestro Moreno founded the Mis Raíces Foundation of Allan Moreno, a non-profit organization with the mission of expanding access to Mexican music and mariachi education for more youth in the community.

Our Approach
Donation for children
This initiative supports children and young people who show musical talent but lack the financial means to develop their skills or pursue formal training. It also assists those who, due to geographical limitations, do not have access to quality music education.
